Hello Wendy,
Now that we are home, we got in last night, I wanted to take a
moment to send you this letter.
Karen and I can't begin to tell you how great and how
we impressed we were/are with you and your service. Feel free to use
us a reference.
When Karen found your website, I was skeptable
because everything sounded "too good to be true" yet there was an
underlying sincerity with how things were written up (if it rains
you get wet as an example). And then the promptess that you got back
to us with the info to our questions and the package you put
together for our needs and wants impressed me. No question was too
trivial for you to answer for us---having come from a service based
business and career I know how time comsuming and petty these things
are yet you took the time with each thing.
You also impressed me how you catered to our 3 boys
and their needs (in advance as well as the day of our wedding).
The day prior to our scheduled wedding the weather
was bad and the pending forecast the night before, well let me just
say that it surprised me when you called and offered to switch days
to make the event more pleasurable for us (which it was). You said
that was the first step to a good marriage by being flexible and I
do agree but it is also a testament to a good, reputable business.
The service was tailored to our wants with some great
suggestions and kept very warm, friendly, family oriented which
again is a testament to your integrity and your business. My son was
very happy and thrilled when you ran off and brought out the plastic
cup for me to "break the glass", that was very thoughtful.
Of course, any successful business is not a one
person show----at our wedding Captain Dave and Chief Cook and Bottle
Washer (plus Craig Cat instructer) Spencer were with you (plus we
met several more from your business on the dock) but you were at the
helm, the one we dealt with over the months prior to our wedding
(the buck stops here so to speak)---so even though the praise goes
to you, it is meant for all of you. Along with the praise comes the
complaints----------since I have none, I guess you can say that we
are very, very, very pleased.
When we came home from our honeymoon, what a thrill
and pleasure to find the picture cd and the dvd already in our mail.
Wendy, we both want to thank you from the bottom of
our hearts for what you did.

Gee, where do I start. First is to tell
you what a wonderful wedding you provided and the service provided
by Windsong Charters was nothing less than first class. The
experience with ALL of you on a personal level was what made
everything something to remember. We felt we had the three best
people to be at sea with that we could ask for. There was never any
question about professionalism or the ability of anyone to go or do
whatever needed to be done. We know that so many times you can do
your best and some people don't appreciate what you All do but we
do, and thank you for it. The wedding is supposed to be the focus of
the day but for us it was the experience we had with the three of
you and that wonderful vessel (the dolphins were nice too). Thank
